The first of hopefully many projects collaborating with Confluent Development and HarborChase, the project sits on a gently sloped site in South Portland, Maine opened in the fall of 2021.
With a decidedly upscale feel, the Assisted Living portion of the project features a wide array of amenities with a contemporary flair and incorporates some local iconography, all with a warm, contemporary feel. The two story dining space is a striking feature, as is the courtyard that is accessible from the Bistro, Community Room and Bar/Lounge.
Many of the Assisted apartments feature balconies or patios, unusual for this level of care.
The Memory Care showcases a bustling neighborhood with grand spaces and a wide range of activities.
We’re very proud of the results of this collaboration and look forward to many more.
