The Morrison has been providing care to seniors since 1903 on their campus in Whitefield, NH.  They wanted to expand their range of offerings by developing a CCRC-like campus on an undeveloped parcel just outside of town.

EGA worked with The Morrison to masterplan and develop their new campus with a full range of amenities in a bucolic setting, with an appealing residential character and within a tight budget.
